The project gave Benton Rise Farm a clearer identity, a consistent brand voice and a complete website narrative shaped around both the customer journey and the business’s long-term direction.

Benton Rise Farm was entering an important transition. Tanya and Paul had taken ownership of a local business with an established history, but the new chapter did not yet have a clearly articulated identity or story. The opportunity was to respect what had come before while bringing the business forward with a modern website, a stronger brand narrative and a clearer understanding of how the different parts of the farm belonged together.

We approached the project as both a brand-positioning and website-copywriting exercise. Before developing the copy, we worked closely with Tanya to understand the history of the farm, the values behind the new ownership, the experience they wanted visitors to have and the role Benton Rise Farm could play within the local community. That understanding informed the tone of voice, website structure, page messaging and broader customer journey.

The final outcome was more than completed website copy. Benton Rise Farm gained a clearly articulated identity and a communication foundation that brought the owners’ vision, the property’s history and the customer experience together.
